As the In-house Draftsman at Covenant Building & Design, Chris is a proud Hanover resident and has worked for engineers and architects whose projects include Dulles Airport, sports stadiums and hospitals including Memorial Regional Medical Center in Mechanicsville. Being the son of a developer, Chris was exposed to the building industry at an early age and has always wanted to draw residential homes. Since 1999 he has well over 250 permitted and built homes to his credit. Chris takes a lot of pride knowing the homes he has drawn will serve up lots of great family memories through the years even long after he has started counting worms.
Before joining forces with Adam and Megan, Chris’ work history spans both large and small projects. He worked for an architect in Palm Beach, FL. for a year designing large multi-million-dollar homes and is not afraid of the “big ones” but has also drawn the smaller, budget friendly homes for Hanover Habitat for Humanity that they are known for.
When not clicking away on his mouse, Chris likes to spend time with his wife and two kids, cooking and barbequing, coaching his kids’ soccer teams and doing home improvement projects. He is a soccer enthusiast and St. Louis Blues hockey fanatic.
